“Our agreement with Térváz Kft. was reached upon careful preparation and selection. After conclusion of the contract multiple changes and modifications were necessary which they treated in a highly flexible manner.

We entrusted Térváz Ltd. with the construction of a state-of-the-art, two-crane, and air conditioned 1 400 m2 tool manufacturing hall with low operating costs. This was the first construction project of our company. Selecting the constructor was a multiple round tender. The boys didn’t relent. In the end we decided to work with them based on likeability.
We have not regretted this decision and we are sure to work with them in the future.
A technical construction inspector was of course involved in the executing, who also undertakes construction projects. We thought “set a thief to catch a thief”. The inspector’s opinion says it all: “it is a truly intelligent team.”
