Our Company was founded in 1981, as "OTTHON" Gazdasági Munkaközösség. In 1982 our name changed to ÉPTERINV BT, and again on 01.10.1997 to Térváz Építőipari Kft. headquartered in Kiskunhalas. We opened a Budapest office in 2006 where we prepare and manage general executing.

Our Profile:

We design, manufacture, assemble and execute reinforced concrete or steel frame buildings spanning 9-90 meters. Manufacturing is carried out at our own company seat, in a 7 000 m2 4 aisle hall equipped with cranes. The hall is to be found on our 34 000 m2 industrial resort. Apart from that, we deal with traditional construction; design, construction and execution of residential, and office buildings.

The quality assurance policy of Térváz Ltd. is based on the best possible compliance with our clients’ needs. Our aim is to keep our clients and win over new ones.

In order to accomplish that we have installed an MSZ EN ISO 9001:2008 standard based quality assurance system since 2001. In January 2015 we implemented EN 1090-1:2009 as a means of certifying our manufacturing competence.
