Services > Manufacturing Hall Frame Structures
We manufacture custom architectural reinforced concrete and steel frame structures based on factory plans either client-provided or designed by Térváz Ltd., implemented with screw connections (straight, broken line and curved shaft, plane, solid mount). Our buildings are equipped with Kingspan, Ruukki, Hoesch or Lindab and ISOPAN thermal insulated wall panels.
Surface treatment according to client needs:
- coating,
- fire protecting paint,
- hot galvanizing.
- raw reinforced concrete surface.
The manufacturing of metal and reinforced concrete structures is carried out in our own 7000 m2 assembly hall equipped with cranes. Up-to-date NC controlled stamping machines, profilers and punchers, digital protractor sawing machines and consumable electrode gas-shielded welding machines, steel moulds, certified concrete types are all available. Manufacturing is carried out by our expert structures fitters, qualified welders, experienced controllers.
We use quality materials from stable, trustworthy providers who work on short-term notice.
