Like in every part of life, planning is one of the most important elements of investments, which is an excellent basis for the selection of a suitable lot, utility value of a realized building, project financing, and technological integration.
According to our company’s creed the most optimal situation is when the commissioned designer and/or implementer is the one who has been familiar with the location from the beginning of the idea, who provides support for the formulation of requirements and the related technical content, informing the Investor about the expected expenses thereby helping with decision-making.
The coordination of the complexities from design tasks is ensured by our architects, interior architects, static, electrical and mechanical engineers. As a part of general executing we prepare the draft, licensing and implementation project documentation, which guarantees the realization in accordance with the investment demands.
