Honsa Kft., which is a Hungarian subsidiary of an international group, based in Pécs, has been our reliable customer for many years. The Pécs site of Kolmer Group manufactures car hat racks, and production and warehousing already takes place in a significant area. We have already cooperated with our customer in the implementation of several buildings in the area. The present project concerned the general design and construction of a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame warehouse and plant. The construction of the nearly 5,000 m² area corresponded to Phase I of further development plans.
