Real estate development worth HUF 800M in Tata
Thanks to its continuous growth, the company MooWa Kft. involved in injection, cutting and packaging of electronics wiring products has decided to move its headquarters from the earlier leased hall to a self-owned real estate. Térváz Kft. was chosen for implementation of this HUF 800M investment project.
On Tuesday in the press conference hold on the site Mr. Werner Moosbauer, manager of the Hungarian establishment of MooWa, has explained the very special characteristics of the new production hall of 3300 sqm floor area, i.e. geothermal energy used for floor heating; solar energy used in provision of the electric power necessary for the production.
Beyond utilization of renewable energy sources, in the design special accent shall be placed on unobstructed circulation in the hall, because the owner – as a socially sensible company – intends to employ handicapped people, too.
